Tights & Hosiery
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on unworn and unopened packages of tights & hosiery. Due to the intimate nature of the products and our strict sanitization process before packaging, we cannot take back any products after they've been opened/worn.

Contour Lift Shorts
We are happy to accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery on our contour shorts. Contour Lift Shorts must be returned in its original bag. We cannot accept a return in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
- Instances of abuse of the Threads Return Policy

In the case of exchanges, return shipping is paid for by the customer, but Threads will cover shipping costs back to the customer in the case of exchanges.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the return has been received and inspected. Shipping fees will not be refunded and returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
